We are seeking a diligent and experienced Quality Control Engineer to oversee and ensure the quality of plastic components produced through injection moulding processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of plastic materials, moulding machines, quality tools, and standards, ensuring that all products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and final products for quality compliance.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI), In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, profile projectors, and other precision tools.
Perform visual and dimensional inspection of plastic parts as per specifications and drawings.
Identify defects (e.g., short shots, flash, sink marks, warpage, etc.) and work closely with the production team for corrective actions.
Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Participate in internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Provide feedback to moulding operators and supervisors on quality issues.
Train shop floor personnel on quality standards and proper inspection methods.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in quality control in a plastic injection moulding environment.
Strong knowledge of plastic materials and injection moulding processes.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems.
Proficiency in using quality tools and techniques (7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with automotive or medical plastic components (if applicable).
Knowledge of ERP or quality management software.
Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage invoice preparation, billing documentation, and coordination with internal teams and customers. The role involves generating accurate invoices, verifying supporting documents, maintaining billing records, and ensuring timely submission to clients. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel/ERP software.
Responsibilities:
Prepare invoices, credit/debit notes, and billing documents.
Verify sales orders, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
Ensure accuracy and GST compliance in all bills.
Maintain billing records and update ERP systems.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and dispatch teams.
Resolve billing issues and support payment follow-ups.
Requirements:
B.Com or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in billing/accounts (freshers may be considered).
Knowledge of GST and MS Excel/ERP tools.
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (Dispatch, Accounts, Production).
Follow up for orders, payments, and documentation.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/ERP.
Assist the sales team with daily reports and sales activities.
Graduate in any stream.
1–3 years of experience in Sales / Customer Service / Sales Coordination.
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
Good presentation & customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
